Image and Reflection Drive Project

Phase 2 2022 Construction Update: The Anchorage Road and Drainage Service Area (ARDSA) bond passed on April 5th so Image Drive/Reflection Drive Area Road Reconstruction – Phase 2 construction (see map below) will start in the summer of 2022. Advanced tree clearing for the project is expected to occur during the last week in April 2022. The advanced clearing area is located within the public right-of-way on the east side of Image Drive south of the Keyann Circle intersection. The cleared area will be landscaped/seeded upon completion of the construction project. Thank you in advance for your patience and please use caution when driving near the construction crew. Once a Contractor has been selected by competitive bid, a more comprehensive construction schedule will be established and shared with the residents. Additional contact information announcing the Contractor and the PM&E Project Inspector will be available at that time.
