Phase 2 – 2023 Construction Update: The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) Project Management & Engineering Department (PM&E) will continue construction of the Image Drive/Reflection Drive Area Road Reconstruction – Phase 2 project (see map below) in May 2023. Phase 2 construction this season will be primarily located on Image Drive south of Keyann Circle to Reflection Drive and includes Image Circle and Ridgelake Circle. MOA will be represented by an on-site inspector during construction to ensure quality of work and minimize inconveniences. The inspector will work with residences to try and accommodate any special property access needs. MOA has selected Pruhs Construction to perform the construction of this project through the public bidding process. MOA and Pruhs contact information is provided on the Contact page. The MOA is planning to upgrade the Image/Reflection Drive area (see map below). Improvements are expected to include new:
- Road foundation
- Asphalt pavement
- Storm drain system
- Pedestrian facilities
- Street lighting
The MOA has contracted with CRW Engineering Group, Inc. to provide engineering and design services.
